Maud Clemmons Norman 1875-1946

Maud Clemmons Norman was born September 19, 1875 and died at the age of 71, October 3, 1946. She was the widow of Avery Norman, who preceded her in death 32 years ago.

She professed faith in Christ while young and has lived a devoted Christian life. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

She is survived by three children: Mrs. Irene Drumm of Ohio, Mrs Ina Hodges of Summer Shade KY, and Mr. Arthur Norman of Sulphur Lick KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two brothers: Perry Clemmons of Indiana, and Rev. J.T. Clemmons of Summer Shade KY, two sisters Roxie Piercy and Lucy Vance also of Summer Shade.

She was a kind woman, a good neighbor and a loving mother.

Burial was at Skagg Creek Cemetery October 4, following services led by Bro. C.E. Carter.
