CALUMET & HECLA CONSOLIDATED COPPER COMPANY

This is an application for employment with C & H Copper Company being applied for by Alpha Reffett. The image was sent to me in two pieces and so I printed and pasted it together the best I could. Some of the document appears to be missing from the original since I could not complete the name of the company at the top of the application as you can see.
